Located in the heart of Upper Arlington, the new office for HART Dental Group is a perfect example of transforming vision into reality through thoughtful planning and specialized construction expertise. The property, formerly a gas station, offered a strong existing internal structure that allowed our TEAM to preserve key elements of the building while completely reimagining the space. By maintaining the original “bones” of the structure, the project stayed within budget while delivering a modern 3,160-square-foot dental practice featuring eight operatories, advanced sterilization and imaging areas, a custom check-in station, and a spacious waiting area complete with an iPad bar for patient convenience. Like many redevelopment projects, the construction process came with unexpected challenges, including a cracked underground pipe discovered during demolition. With more than 40 years of experience specializing in dental and medical office construction, our TEAM was prepared to navigate these conditions efficiently and keep the project moving forward. The result is a bright, open-concept office filled with natural light and designed with efficiency at its core. Every detail was tailored to support the workflow and goals of the practice, including a custom-built transaction counter and cabinetry system designed by our in-house cabinet TEAM to maximize storage and functionality. Most importantly, this project reflects the strong partnership we build with every client—because creating successful healthcare spaces starts with understanding the unique needs of the people who use them every day.
