What is the most unique part of the work you do in your role with TEAM DDS?
At Team DDS, client care is at the heart of what we do. I find great satisfaction in collaborating with client teams and assembling the right construction professionals to support their goals. By clearly communicating how each phase and discipline contributes to the overall project, we create confidence, build trust, and bring our clients' vision to life with results that surpass expectations.
What previous work have you done that led you to Team DDS?
Having spent over 40 years in the construction industry, I have been fortunate to gain experience in nearly every aspect of the business, from installation and material procurement to project management and leadership. These diverse experiences have shaped my approach to serving clients and leading teams. Every day, I draw upon this knowledge to mentor others, solve challenges, and help deliver exceptional results as a leader at Team DDS.
What are 3 things on your bucket list?
Being able to watch my granddaughter grow and learn about life.
