For Carmen Orthodontics, Dr. Jesse Carmen selected a former 3,059-square-foot bank building in Grove City as the future home of his growing practice. This interior buildout of an existing structure required careful coordination between design, construction, municipalities, and city code requirements—especially when updating the exterior appearance of the building. A refreshed color palette and exterior improvements completely transformed the outdated bank into a sleek, modern orthodontic office that now stands out within the community.

Inside, the practice was designed with both efficiency and aesthetics in mind. The spacious eight-chair open-bay treatment area features extensive custom cabinetry, including a dramatic floor-to-ceiling storage wall that delivers the functionality every orthodontic practice needs. Four additional treatment operatories, advanced sterilization and imaging areas, and a large staff lounge create a highly efficient workflow for both staff and patients. One of the most striking features of the office is the custom rounded transaction counter that serves as the focal point of the bright, modern reception and waiting area. Additional thoughtful details, such as converting an existing window into a dedicated employee entrance, further enhanced the functionality of the space.
