The interior buildout required coordination with design, construction, municipalities, and code updates, especially for exterior improvements. A new color palette and exterior enhancements transformed the outdated bank into a sleek orthodontic office that stands out. Inside, the design combines efficiency and aesthetics. The open-bay treatment area has eight chairs, custom cabinetry, and a floor-to-ceiling storage wall, alongside four treatment operatories, sterilization, imaging areas, and a staff lounge, ensuring smooth workflow. The custom rounded transaction counter is the focal point of the bright reception area. Additional details, like converting a window into an employee entrance, improved functionality.
